It really does make a difference how we are breathing due to the correlation with either side of the nostrils and the Moon and Sun as well as the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. This video is interesting and has a lot of useful information.
This is great! I shall reblog it ❤

He is Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, an Indian yoga and spiritual guru. Do you practise yoga and pranayam regularly?

I used to practice yoga from the age of 18 but I am only just beginning to explore pranayama Kaushal. What is your opinion of him?

I have a very high opinion about Sri Sri. Pranayam is the best thing one can do for the well being along with yoga and meditation.

I found breathing to be very helpful aver being triggered, and it does help get me back to a calmer state faster. It is my go-to when I get upset…

Yes if only we can remember to focus on our breath it does lead to calming 🙂
