Climate change anxiety

So many of us who are connected to the changes our planet is going through are feeling anxiety at the present moment. We feel the grief at the possibility of nature being destroyed in human’s quest for ongoing ‘economic growth’. We sense the planet is in distress. I have my own sense that part of our own disconnection from our deeper feelings, human nature in connection WITH NATURE, and disconnection through over mechanisation and industrialisation is what drive the challenges we are now facing on mother earth. There is over consumption, over population, over mechanisation and disregard by certain sectors of the need for change. The following podcast deals with anxiety generated by climate change and gives some action focused solutions of a kind. Banding together for change makes more sense at times than remaining feeling isolated and alone in our anxiety and fears. I hope this speaks to some followers.
