I am recommending the following book which take a very holistic and comprehensive look into anxiety and associated symptoms associated with prolonged periods of stress. I am finding it very helpful and it is full of very interesting information, including dietry guidance, as well as insights into helping yourself with unproductive thought patterns and more from an expert in the field who has done a lot of research. Of particular interest he explores the important stress-gut-brain connection which should not be overlooked.
